Why me?

Oh hey, I'm Tess - 

I know what it’s like to feel stuck. On the outside, I had built a picture-perfect life—successful career, achievements, everything I was told would bring happiness. But beneath it all, I was constantly stressed, unfulfilled, and searching for something I couldn’t name.
 

Then, everything began to unravel. Years of pushing through stress and ignoring my body caught up with me. I hit rock bottom—physically, emotionally, and mentally. That breaking point led me to breathwork.
 

What started as a desperate attempt to heal became the key to everything I had been searching for. Breathwork didn’t just help me process emotions—it changed the way I lived. I healed my body, I had been battling Crohn's disease (an autoimmune condition) for 18 years! I learned to be present. I let go of past versions of myself that no longer served me.
 

Now, I guide others through that same transformation. I’ve trained in breathwork and have led hundreds of clients through physical and emotional breakthroughs. Through classes, retreats, audios, and 1:1 sessions, I help people shift—out of pain, out of stress, out of feeling stuck—so they can finally experience relief, clarity, and freedom.
